Eurotherm takes care of the diagnosis and repair of your products as quickly as possible.

For all warranty and non-warranty returns for repair, please contact our Technical Support team by phone: +44(0)1903 695777 or email: support.eurotherm.uk@se.com, to discuss the details of the issue with your product or use our RMA chat Bot on https://www.eurotherm.com/en/support/ and provide the following information:

  • Contact details (Company name, phone number, email, and full shipping address)
  • Product Code (Full) or Part Number and product serial number
  • Description of failure and troubleshooting performed to isolate cause
  • Hardware configuration and software release version
  • Declaration of environment used in, Harmless Corrosive, radioactive, poisonous, etc.

If the instrument is found to be defective or needs repair or calibration, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) reference will be issued.

In all cases, Customers must obtain a RMA reference prior to the return of any products. All products shipped to Eurotherm must be done freight and duty paid and with the RMA reference clearly indicated on the shipping label or on the waybill. Shipments which arrive without an RMA reference will be refused and returned to the Customer at Customer’s expense. Proper packaging must be used on all return shipments.

48h express repair option (excluding transport) upon receipt of your order and your equipment at our premises.

Repair warranty 12 months parts and labor except paper recorders (6 months).

Any product returned for repair will receive the necessary improvements and updates as part of the repair process, unless specifically requested otherwise.
