E\u2019 diviso in due sezioni principali:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record Elettronici<\/li>\n<li>Firme Elettroniche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si tratta di un&#8217;estensione naturale all&#8217;uso tradizionale dei registri cartacei. I registri cartacei garantiscono la sicurezza dei dati e possono contenere firme scritte a mano per indicare che determinati dati sono corretti e registrare gli eventi che hanno avuto luogo. Il tentativo di corruzione dei dati o delle firme \u00e8 facilmente rilevabile.<\/p>\n<p>In termini semplici, il requisito dei Record Elettronici \u00e8 quello di fornire dati sicuri che possano fornire un elevato livello di sicurezza come nel caso dei registri cartacei. Le Firme Elettroniche richiedono che sia gli operatori che i supervisori possano essere identificati elettronicamente in modo tale da essere equivalenti alle firme autografe. La regola consente anche l&#8217;uso di dati biometrici come impronte digitali o dispositivi di scansione retinica.<\/p>\n<p>Lo sviluppo dei sistemi elettronici offre vantaggi significativi per il recupero e l&#8217;archiviazione dei dati. La FDA ha sviluppato la norma 21 CFR Parte 11 per descrivere ci\u00f2 che \u00e8 necessario per rendere sicuri Record Elettronici e Firme
