The primary service Service Center function is the diagnosis and repair of products, but also includes a number of activities that aid and assist our customers.
Warranty or Non Warranty Repairs
Premium Rush Repair – guarantees a 1 day turnaround
Repair Express – equipment is quickly repaired, tested, cleaned and restored to original factory specifications
A 12 month warranty on the whole unit, not just the repaired part.
Product Service Improvements – built in updates and improvements to match the current build level of the factory production line. All products returned for repair will receive Product Service Improvements as part of the repair process unless requested otherwise
