Our experienced Field Service Engineers provide technical support in the event of equipment failure. Support calls can be booked via our dedicated administration team in Worthing. For an enhanced service, we provide service agreements which provide guaranteed minimum response to site and can include the option of 24/7 call-out cover.
We can provide bonded stock to be held on your site, preconfigured to your specific requirements. This stock is available for use either by your own engineering staff or by our Field Service Engineer when he attends site. This ensures that equipment can be replaced rapidly, minimising any plant down-time.
