Is a 3-tier program consisting of Product Services, System Services and Annuity Services. These different levels offer customers a choice of services that can be applied individually on-demand or bundled together and provided as a basic or comprehensive package in an annual service agreement.
The Product Services tier addresses the operation and maintenance level of a plant installation, focusing on basic and optional support services for instrumentation products and their applications. Customers can select individual product services on-demand or they can choose to group them in an annual service agreement. Product Services offers insurance at the basic operational and maintenance level of a plant or installation. Product Services delivers real value to the customer – solving problems, enabling solutions, responding to emergencies, delivering training, upgrading equipment and minimizing maintenance.

The System Services tier is aimed at the customer’s process and machine control systems by adding in-depth basic and comprehensive engineering services to the elements of Product Services. Customers can select these services as individual transactions or bundle them as part of an annual service agreement. System Services brings the benefit of Eurotherm’s engineering capability, domain knowledge and control applications expertise to the support of installed equipment and the fulfillment of new project requirements. System Services delivers real value to the customer, reducing downtime, smoothing start-ups, optimizing performance, integrating functions, recovering from disasters, improving skills, and delivering turnkey projects.

The Annuity Services tier focuses on establishing a long-term partnership with the customer through service agreements that provide benefits to be shared by both partners. The intent is to deliver vital on-site engineering services that will provide real payback by lowering costs, improving ROI and enhancing performance of processes and systems. Services are customized for the individual situation, blending the support elements of Product Services and Systems Services, and delivering them through cost-effective agreements. Annuity Services typically feature a strongly coupled field-based engineering component, sometimes with resident on-site engineers, integrating Eurotherm contract support directly into the daily work routine. Suitable for OEM’s, individual plant sites, corporate wide service contracts and international support agreements, the customer can assign all or some of the execution of service functions to a resident or on-call third party control expert. This frees key personnel to focus on core products and processes while achieving real benefits from cost savings through contract engineering support.
