The Operations team is a global one, which incorporates Quality, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Project Management and the physical manufacture and support of our product range.
We have manufacturing facilities in the UK, Poland and the USA so these locations have both production and engineering support.
Some of our product is outsourced to the supply chain (PCB’s) so our Supply Chain and Materials team manage those relationships and ensure that we have the right product at the right price so that we can manage our customer expectations.
There are always opportunities for continuous improvement so this function is embarking upon the framework, and across the business continuous improvement (six sigma training) is undertaken.
There are many people within the Operations function that have been promoted within the business so joining the Operations team you never know where you might end up.
